Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at efarst. We value your business and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of our procedures and your rights.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Shipping for returns
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part and if the purchase is within 7 days, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, an incorrect order, or if the purchase is more than 7 days old and there are no defects with the returned item, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning the item as well as the shipping cost to receive the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the item or items, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your bank account within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
Warranty
We offer a warranty for all our products. However, please note that the warranty is void if the product has been damaged physically while in use by the customer or if the product has been damaged by water. We will provide a replacement after inspecting the specific product only if there are any issues with the specific product.
Replacement process
The replacement process may take from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the nature of the product and the issue. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
